1, What do you want to light? Recess downlight LED are very versatile. They can be used to provide general lighting, task lighting or accent lighting. For general lighting in a large room or hallway or corridor, you probably need a downlight. To light up sculpture, you may want an eyeball downlight spot adjustable.
